Caleb Marlow guarantees success

As former military, an Ironman competitor and a marathon runner, Caleb possesses the grit, drive and dogged determination to work hard, get things done and do them extraordinarily well. He draws on his decade in real estate, and his military and athletic training, to carry clients seamlessly through the buying and selling process. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Caleb joined the Navy after high school, then attended college and finished first in his class. After several overseas deployments, he settled in Texas. He and his wife, Erin, currently live in Austin with their three-year-old-daughter.

CHRIS MARLOW

Much like the 16th Century poet he shares a name with Chris Marlow is a Renaissance man.

With an MBA, an undergraduate degree in the arts with a focus on Chinese history and culture, experience with project management in the oil industry and a non-profit center for Asian affairs, and as founder of an apparel company for cyclists, Chris’ wide-range of interests, knowledge and expertise—and his successes in both business and creative ventures—provide him with a rare and enviable skill set.

In every position he’s held prior to becoming a Realtor, Chris honed and sharpened his problem solving and person-to-person skills. By spending time circumnavigating the complexities of government systems, he not only learned to become a master of strategy, research and negotiation, he came to love engaging in all three. He is resourceful, confident, and straightforward. Clients know they can rely on him and count on him as a resource for life. If they have a question, Chris has an answer. And if he doesn’t, he will get one in short order. Bottom line: Chris gets s*#t done.

Raised in Montana, Chris brings a tough, Treasure State work ethic to every job he takes on. He also brings a sense of humor. He believes that success and fun don’t have to be mutually exclusive, and he guarantees his clients can—and will—have both when they work with him. Chris currently lives in Austin, and when he’s not working he’s typically traveling or doing just about anything active outdoors.
