Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A new tenant pays the security deposit once they have passed background checks and been approved to move into the property. The first month’s rent is due the day we hand over the property to you. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18. In fact, everybody living in a unit above the age of 18 must apply and be listed on the rental contract. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in Texas, a landlord can only deduct from your security deposit for a limited number of reasons. The three most common are unpaid rent, cleaning costs, and damage beyond normal wear and tear. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply on this website via our online portal. Rent paid after the 3rd of the month is considered late. -

When do I have to pay my rent?
Rent can is due by the 3rd day of each month. If rent is not paid by 11:59pm at the end of the 3rd, it will be counted as late. The late fee is $100.00 per month.
